不是要定格样子，而是确认：我一直都在。
    不是为了看起来像谁，不是为了证明什么，
      只是想在这个阶段，和自己好好见一面。
       在镜头前安静下来，听见内心的声音，
然后留一张，属于我的、真实的、存在过的痕迹。

it’s not about freezing an image,but affirming this: i’ve always been here.
not to look like someone else, not to prove anything—
just to meet myself, fully, in this moment.
to slow down in front of the lens,
hear the voice within,
and leave behind a trace that says:
i was here. and i was real.
